Brenda Amondi currently works as a Behavioural Research Associate at a firm in Nairobi. She has up to graduate-level training in urban planning and has degrees from University of Nairobi and University of California, Berkeley.

She practiced urban planning for some time, before shifting gears to research, in which time she gained useful experience in the construction field.

Her main career objective is to contribute to poverty alleviation, environmental conservation, and youth empowerment in the developing world. And her passions include travel, good music, good food, and reading articles. She brings her background and passions to cafe construct in the hopes of improving at least one person's life by sharing knowledge and real life experiences.
